GENERAL PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS FOR OUR COURSES

The general conditions of participation in our courses and the commitments you make by filling out the registration form are as follows:
The basis for participation in our courses is the prepaid registration/processing fee of 50 lei/10 euros, which can be transferred to the following accounts after registration:

The registration/processing fee is not included in the course price
Payment for the course and accommodation services is made in full by bank transfer at least 3 days before the start of the course or in cash no later than on the first day of the course;
Cancellation policy: the registration/processing fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the total amount has already been transferred to one of the above accounts and the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start of the course; the course fee will be fully refunded.

The course registration takes the place of a contract;
Our courses are aimed at all people who want to expand their skills in the outdoor area;
The instructor makes adjustments to fit the theme to your needs;
The basic principles of our contractual relationships are: mutual respect, acceptance of responsibility and mutual recognition;
All courses take place outdoors, the course instructor can cancel the course at any time due to weather conditions and other external factors, substitute dates will be offered for the missing content and no course fee will be refunded;
Insurance is the responsibility of the participant, the organizer (nsaka-apuseni.ro) disclaims any liability for accidents, illness, damage, theft and so on;
